Landlords Mr & Mrs Bartle contacted us asking if we would service there fire alarm which protects both a ground floor shop and 3 self contained flats above.
We carried out the tests as prescribed in the British Standard BS 5839, activating the alarm system and ensuring correct operation by all detectors and call points. Measuring sound levels and checking for any defects in the system.
Everything was found to be up to standard we provided the certificate. Mr & Mrs Bartle then forwarded the certificate on to Hull City Council for compliance with HMO licensing regulations.
