We received a call from Mrs Coult, expressing concerns about her electrics at her home. We recommended she have carried out an Electrical Condition Report to identify any issues. We visited the property and inspected and tested the fuse board and visually inspected a sample of sockets, switches and lights. We took test readings from circuits and documented the results in a report. We gave the report which included recommendations for improvement to Mrs Coult. Thankfully Mrs Coult did not need a costly rewire and only needed a new consumer unit and various small minor repairs which she instructed us to carry out.
